Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TropiDesk ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform provides a marketplace for renting "Remote HQ" apartments optimized for productivity.

2. The Remote HQ Standard

All units listed on TropiDesk must meet our minimum "Remote HQ" standards, including:

• Verified Internet Speed (Minimum 100Mbps Symmetric)
• Ergonomic Seating (Sihoo M57 or equivalent)
• Dedicated Peninsula Desk (Minimum 160cm width)

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Tenants may cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Within 14 days, the first month's rent is non-refundable.

4. User Conduct

TropiDesk is a community of professionals. Noise complaints or damage to the "Remote HQ" equipment (monitors, chairs) may result in immediate termination of the lease and liability for damages.

5. Limitation of Liability

TropiDesk acts as an intermediary. We verify units but are not responsible for unforeseen internet outages caused by ISP failure, though we advocate on your behalf.
